My house came with the original Osma floor wax. The problem was it always took at least 12hr to dry, so I was unable to recoat as often as needed, doing it every three or so years.
Having recently recoated one room I tried buying a different make, described as 'floor oil, quick drying, natural sheen finish', to use on the next room. Big mistake - it certainly didn't do what it said on the tin: the finish was more a high gloss varnish. I had to sand the whole room off and think again.
Then I saw this Osma rapid-drying floor wax. It went on easily with a 4" brush, and dried in under six hours. I have since done three more rooms. The 'rapid' feature is a huge improvement, and the finish superb.
Top tip: If you live in an area where you can leave windows open overnight, apply it last thing at night and it will be completely dry in the morning. The tin quotes 4-5 hrs drying time at 23C. Mine took about six hours at 21C.
