I wanted a new sander, i spent some time on research into a good professional tool and AG Woodcare had a great deal on them. I needed some advice, so made a phone call and actually got to speak to a human! Didnt have to sit on the phone for 2 hours in a call que only to speak to a robot either. He knew all about the products without having to dive into his device, i ordered and got my machine the next day, now that is the benchmark that these so called national faceless companies have to meet now because with service like that i will use them again and i would advise you all to do the same. It is rare to get service like that any more.
