Ordering the products on line was straightforward and they were despatched and arrived promptly. The order (two tins of paint) had been packed in cardboard and bubble wrap, but the lids of both tins had become slightly dislodged in transit, allowing some of the contents to leak out. The tins arrived in a messy condition.
