I made a complete hash of my online order and of course when The Royal Mail delivered it, it was all wrong. A quick 'phone call to AG Woodcare to explain myself and they agreed to take back the items I had ordered in error and furnish me with the items I really wanted. No fuss, no drama, no problem.
