So far, so good. I live in France and 'Rystix' timbercare was recommended to me by friends in South Africa whose house faces south in the same way that ours does. I spoke to Andrew, of the company, as 'Rystix' is not available in France and he advised me how to use it; the UV content, and that he was happy to send to France. I ordered online; had a slight problem understanding it as I assumed one would choose the product first and then the quantity but a quick call soon sorted me out. Having ordered and paid online I was astounded to receive a message 2 hours later that the product was already enroute. Not yet arrived (3 days later but, hey, today is Sunday).
