I tried on several occasions to speak with an adviser to discuss specific products. On every occasion a recorded message advising all telephone operatives were busy, regardless of my menu option choice, Frustrating, I did not speak to anyone other than a recorded messsage. When opening the parcel one of the tins containing stain had leaked during transit. Thankfully, the items were individually packed to a high standard, minimising any transfer to other products in the box.
