Informed that product would be delivered on 16th August. Still waiting, 3 days later. Could not get through on telephone to chase this as "all lines were busy" or we were cut off.
We know that the product is good as have used this before. However, we have not purchased this from you before, and so far the delivery service is well below expectations.
