Order was dispatched same day as being placed and was therefore expecting to receive it the following day (Friday). However UK Mail screwed up the delivery big time and because of the bank holiday weekend were not prepared to correct their mistake for 4 days. Rang AG Woodcare who, although not their fault, apologised and cancelled my order then and there. Will order by phone in future and ensure they use a different courier or will look elsewhere.
