Getting a good deal is one thing getting amazing service (product was out of stock in the size we needed and they called to say so and suggested decanting which I agreed) also having purchased previously I had a discount voucher I did not use but they agreed to apply it nevertheless.
This is service and conscientiousness. It needs to be celebrated and if this were understood by all and adopted then the UK has no issues..Thank you,again
