I ordered an urgently needed item ( Rustins Plastic Coating) , but was promptly advised that it was not in stock and that supply would be delayed for a few days . Within a couple of hours of my asking them to cancel the order if unable to supply as by the specified date, they contacted me to say that the product had been sourced , obtained and despatched ! It arrived next day , a day earlier than requested ! Service like this is very rare in the UK and I commend AGW very highly . Thank you.
