The speed in shipping my order was amazing. Even though I only selected the basic delivery (2-4 days), my order was here the next day. I placed my order online at 10.19am on Monday and received immediate confirmation of the order. Then within 15 minutes, I received confirmation that the order had been processed and was on its way via DPD. This was followed by an email with the tracking number exactly 40 minutes after placing my order. From there I could easily track the package and interact with DPD if necessary. I could even follow the progress on a live map and know its expected delivery time within 15 minutes. Although I haven't used the product yet, the ordering and delivery side is incredibly professional and efficient.
