The product Rustins plastic floor coating is one i have used to preserve wood on the floor, skirting and even tabletops, throughout the house over the years. It is pricey but you generally do it only once because of the chemical curing. Order only what you will use that day. I have renewed an area to front door after 10 years and unlike other products, you do not sans and remone it, it is chemically merged in so can renew parches effectively. Great product.
