An internet search for how to restore water damaged oak led me to AG Woodcare Products. It took only a quick scroll through their product list before the web site was included under "My Favourites". Not only did I find a wide range of products - some that I have not been able to locate elsewhere - but also clear instructions on how to use them. One of my items were damaged, something that I was contacted about before it was sent, with an offer to remove it from my order. I think that shows excellent service attitude and customer respect. (The damage didn't influence functionality, as to why I opted to have the product). All products arrived well packaged with bubble wrap, in a box of suitable size. They were all to description, and all ordered items were included. Sadly, this positive impression was marred by the delivery firm not meeting agreed time lines. I contacted AG Woodcare Products, and they in turn got in contact with the delivery firm, but to no avail.
