I asked that you tried to deliver the purchase on Friday, when I oredered it on Wednesday between 9 and 10am. You achieved this. However, you advised me that it would be coming via DPD who would give me a one hour time slot. I heard nothing from DPD on Friday morning and thought it was going to take 3 working days ie come on monday. It was only luck that I was in to recieve it, as I was no longer expecting a delivery (via DPD).
It would be good if you could iprove your communications.
