I was very impressed with the service from AG Woodcare, the item I ordered was out of stock and I was notified of this instantly and offered a refund which I declined asking them to deliver when they got more stock, I had paid extra for a quicker delivery which obviously they couldn't fulfill without my asking the extra postage was refunded to me, I will certainly buy from them again as they are without doubt a very professional outfit.
