I've only shopped online at Agatha, but I've always had a great service. I purchased two newborns items and received a note that they were waiting for a delivery from one of the company to send my order and when I asked for an update on the status of the order because it was for newborn items that I wouldn't use for a long time, they offered to send the part of my order that was ready right away.
