While Agatha has a great selection of products, I find the service to lag in experience. On the occasions l have shopped there once the transaction is processed service becomes so -so. Recently I bought crib and when they communicated the delivery and I had more questions I never got a response. There are other occurrences like this that make it difficult being a repeat customer. I also find being an anglophone plays a part in the service I received.
