After my command, I received an email saying that the delivery will have a delay of 10-20 days (I would like to be informed before my order). Then after 25 days, we call your client service and they said they will do a follow-up with us. They never did. We did 2 or 3 messages and no one call us back. I'm really disapointed with my experience with you.
