Over charging me on my insurance. Claimed to have contacted me via email 3 times and a phone call. Have received nothing, reason for the over charging was being changed 3 times and every time I proved them wrong, it was a new excuse! Awful company, never going with them again, but now stuck paying a stupid amount of money, for a company that really don't care for you at all.
