You failed to let us no our house insurance was up for renewal only when it lapsed either by letter or email when it had expired you contacted us . Poor communication no alternative but you to re insure with you gone up another £50 as well never had a claim wnt be with this company nexst time

I would go elsewhere... I had a quote which I was trying to pay before Midnight on the day of quote expiry, but their system was down, and customer service lines were off. (I tried multiple credit and debit cards). I did the same quote after midnight, and it was £20 higher. I wrote an email to them telling them that, and telling them that I would try to pay the higher quote, but they should honour the older quote because it wasn't my fault that their system was not taking the payments before midnight and that they had no customer support to assist!!! They replied asking for the proof of the older quote.... I had to look for it, and I luckily found it and sent it to them... Then, they said: the quote was for the day before... I said no... the policy start date is exactly the same... just the payment deadline was the day before which I was trying to do before midnight to respect that rule, but their system was at fault! They then started explaining that the quotes change daily, etc.... and they did not agree to the £20 reimbursement. I'll let you draw your judgements on the following: 1/ How much they respect the clients time. 2/ How fair are they? Last but not least, I am not sure if other companies would be the same or better when it really matters, but if I had 2 similar quotes between them and another company in the future, I am trying the others. What an awful company to deal with. We were involved in a major car accident over 6 months ago and we have to constantly call to get updates which are never any further along. Always promised call backs emails ignored the list goes on. AvOID

Have been with Ageas travel insurance for 2 years phoned them for a quote Lady had a problem with not been able to register quote and told me a colleague would phone within 48 hours but still waiting 3 days later , really bad service for a customer trying to take out a further policy. Have now gone to another company for my travel insurance and will not return to Ageas.

Insurance fine until my car needed to be reviewed by a mechanics / taken to garage been over 4 weeks still no answers. The call handlers are difficult to deal with. Never having answers to the query having to repeat things over and over, being cut off on calls / phone put down by call handlers. Had my car towed to garage miles away / had it 4 weeks advised mechanical failure not related to my accident/incident. Not being believed when explaining the incident by the call handlers. Unprofessional staff / mechanics not happy at all. Would not use this insurer ever again

I regret ever registering with this Trade Company. They are just being dishonest when they promise to let you know but never follow through.
