I would go elsewhere... I had a quote which I was trying to pay before Midnight on the day of quote expiry, but their system was down, and customer service lines were off. (I tried multiple credit and debit cards). I did the same quote after midnight, and it was £20 higher. I wrote an email to them telling them that, and telling them that I would try to pay the higher quote, but they should honour the older quote because it wasn't my fault that their system was not taking the payments before midnight and that they had no customer support to assist!!! They replied asking for the proof of the older quote.... I had to look for it, and I luckily found it and sent it to them... Then, they said: the quote was for the day before... I said no... the policy start date is exactly the same... just the payment deadline was the day before which I was trying to do before midnight to respect that rule, but their system was at fault! They then started explaining that the quotes change daily, etc.... and they did not agree to the £20 reimbursement. I'll let you draw your judgements on the following: 1/ How much they respect the clients time. 2/ How fair are they? Last but not least, I am not sure if other companies would be the same or better when it really matters, but if I had 2 similar quotes between them and another company in the future, I am trying the others.
