Absolutely appalling customer care, due to having subsidence on our home we had to move out. The company put all our furniture into a bad container on the front of our drive resulting in everything we owned ruined, mouldy and fit for the tip. 4 years later no furniture and no where near the end! Can never get hold of them etc... WORST DECISION WE EVER MADE! Extremely stressful ðŸ˜
