I agree with the other reviewers. I am trying to send something back to Agnes B , they do not make it easy .
There is no return slip in with the package and the DHL form asks you till fill in pick up date and time it will be picked up ?how would I know !!!They are saying that there are problems with DHL pick up (really ),so I tried to call after being asked to hold on for a few minutes was told that the person who was to take my call was not available , that happened twice I appreciate that they might be busy so you have to hold on for a while but disconnected, what is that all about. Then I tried to email on the form from customer service and for some odd reason server could not be found . Will probably end up keeping the item as it’s too stressful and difficult to get a refund . It’s such a shame the return system is not up to scratch as when in london I love the stuff in the shop and often purchase quite a bit . Will not buy on line again unless absolutely sure .
