agnessb usa customer service is the worst. No replying and no calling back. Their phone number supposed to be 1 888 246 3722. But it doesn't say even "agnes b." I left message 6 times to get refund my purchase that they canceled without notice 3 months ago. Their inventory system is always terrible so our orders suddenly canceled without any notice. Then they would not refund even 3 month later. And also I emailed them 6 times but they never replied. Unbelievable at all. What is wrong about famous French brand?

The customer service in the shop in Amsterdam was very good. I bought a knitted jacket for my daughter, in early December. It was way outside our usual price range, but she had just completed chemotherapy for an incurable cancer and I really wanted to treat her. When we got home to the UK we realised the the jacket is faulty and got in touch straight away to ask if we could have it repaired or replaced. It is now the 8th February, my daughter hasn't yet worn the jacket and Agnes B are refusing to respond to my enquiry. I really expected a much better customer service from such a well regarded brand.

I paid for my item and after a week, I received a letter saying that item is out of stock. I am still waiting for my refund. Tried to call customer service but no success.

I paid for my item but this has not been delivered ! I’m unable to get a response the phone knocks me off every time ,saying they are busy online ? I have emailed and just a confirmation sent from them then no further contact this is over 3 weeks now and I’m getting no where very very disappointed as this is not a cheap brand but behaves far worse than one, awful customer service and I’m having to now go via my bank to try and get my money back as no response from Agnes b ! I have bought things from this brand since 1981 never again not worth this trouble and quality has been going down yet prices up If live in U.K. stay away from this brand please !

Bought a jacket and after only 3 uses the some of the stitches came undone I've emailed customer services and after nearly a month no response. I've also called and they're not able to follow/tell me more about my case. It really is a terrible customer service for an expensive brand. Not to mention build quality obviously....

Same experience as the customer below. They won allow you to generate a return label, don’t answer their phone and don’t reply to emails. I’ll be reporting them to trading standards. Paul Starrs

I bought an expensive coat online that is too big. On their website they advertise free returns, but when I tried to process my return it would not generate a return label, without which I am totally unable to send it back. On my account the return is recorded and it says they are awaiting delivery, but how can I send it back to them when they haven't provided a label? I have called and emailed several times, but they ignore my emails and the customer service operative said a label would be sent (it wasn't). At this point I would be happy to send it back at my own expense just to get rid of it, but there isn't even an address on their website. Just to add to the frustration, you only have a 15 day window to return. I have bought a lot of their clothes over the years, but when buying clothes online it is essential to be able to return them easily. I will not be buying from them again.

I bought a pair of black silk pants for $600 in June 2022, I have not worn them often, but when I do I love them they are loose and comfortable. Tonight I see they are already split and frayed on the hip seem. NB these pants are not tight at all, I bought them a size too big. Very very disappointed with the quality. A $20 pair of paints lasts much longer than four months. :(

Ordered long sleeve Agnes B signature t shirt which I love. I ordered it in Thursday and it was delivered from France on Friday. Fabulous service!

I order two items from Agnes b, just received one of them. The customer service representative told me both of the items were delivered. Therefore, I asked Agnes b to provide evidence of delivery. However, Agnes b sent me two sets of clarification, asked me to sign one of the clarification for non-receipt of goods as attached and asked me to provide my passport copy as well. I am sure to refuse these requests. How come this clarification involved criminal offence ! Moreover, why should I provide my personal document. what ridiculous of this rubbish company! Instead, the delivery company just clarify my package was delivered by them but without bear any legal responsibility. Agnes b take side to the delivery company and playing double standards obviously. They made the mistake and I just shopping online stores only, how come will involved such criminal offence liability. Agnes obviously violates GPDP. I will request a dispute case with my bank to get refund.

First of all the products are beyond high-quality. The best of the best when it comes to cardigans. And Mimi in customer service is an absolute gem. She went out of her way to secure me a couple of items from France. The best!

I found the manager at the Howard Street NYC store, Maggie, to be a true joy. She went out of her way to find missing snaps for me and followed up twice! Also Mimi in customer service was wonderful. I have been a customer for decades because of the excellent customer service and high quality merchandise. Agnes b is a high quality brand, filled with the very best staff. I give my highest rating!

The sizes are ridiculously small for the American population. 3, their large, is a size 8-10 the American medium and, in some lines, small. The average american woman is a size 14. Even when my BMI is a healthy 28 I am an Amerrican size 12. This is ridiculous, And offensive to grown women.

Yes, an absolutely appalling online service. Seems to come out of Paris and they couldn't care less. I sent an item back 27 days ago, needed to pester them for a refund, Paypal can't get hold of them either. Then I only get a refund for 2 of the 3 items, they've lost one! So upset about this, I've been shopping in their London store since the late 80's but this is enough, price rises are one thing, but flipping the finger to the customer is another.

I agree with the other reviewers. I am trying to send something back to Agnes B , they do not make it easy . There is no return slip in with the package and the DHL form asks you till fill in pick up date and time it will be picked up ?how would I know !!!They are saying that there are problems with DHL pick up (really ),so I tried to call after being asked to hold on for a few minutes was told that the person who was to take my call was not available , that happened twice I appreciate that they might be busy so you have to hold on for a while but disconnected, what is that all about. Then I tried to email on the form from customer service and for some odd reason server could not be found . Will probably end up keeping the item as it’s too stressful and difficult to get a refund . It’s such a shame the return system is not up to scratch as when in london I love the stuff in the shop and often purchase quite a bit . Will not buy on line again unless absolutely sure .

NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM AGNES B! I ordered two t shirts - to be shipped from France to London. £12 delivery fee was steep, but the items were sold out in the U.K. The order arrived quickly and beautifully wrapped - but only contained one T shirt. I called customer service to explain. They were initially charming but said they had shipped two out (clearly they hadn’t) and practically accused me of lying! I was told I needed to email a sworn statement to say I had only received one, and to include my National ID! When I said we didn’t have ID cards in the U.K. he started arguing with me, saying we did! I asked about my Drivers Licence and he said that wasn’t a valid ID (??). He told me to email my PASSPORT via an insecure email to a CLOTHES SHOP for a refund for a mistake THEY MADE! Furthermore, he gave me an I valued email address. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Like other customers I had an excruciating experience trying to return an unwanted item. I booked DHL twice and twice they didn't turn up. Agnes B then sent a post office label. I duly returned it and month later they variously claimed it had just turned up or that it hadn't arrived yet. Utter frustrating chaos. In the end I put it into dispute with my credit card company and had the full amount refunded including postage. I will never buy online from them again.

I have bought 3 items online. I wanted to return one item. In the return page of Agnes B website not instructions is given of returning goods. I call customer service uk (twice) and the operation did not know anything about the subject and didn’t have any “can do attitude “ that could have helped the matter in question. With great patience I succeeded to organised a DHL pick up day, unfortunately DHL never came. In the end I am left with my unwanted item with not willingness to face an other long customer service conversation with untrained individual. I will never purchase again from this company, online or in their shop.

I ordered a dress online and returned it immediately (wring fit) though it took over a month, and around ten calls/emails to actually get my refund. Although they said they would refund my postage they haven’t done so yet. Having had such difficulty even getting the cost of the dress back I am hesitant to waste more time on the postage.

I receive faulty goods returned them by Royal Mail as DHL failed to collect these. Agnes B customer services told me to returned them and pay postage and I will receive a refund and this never happened. I made numerous calls and still didn’t get anywhere and calls cost me so much I am even more out of pocket.
