The customer service in the shop in Amsterdam was very good. I bought a knitted jacket for my daughter, in early December. It was way outside our usual price range, but she had just completed chemotherapy for an incurable cancer and I really wanted to treat her. When we got home to the UK we realised the the jacket is faulty and got in touch straight away to ask if we could have it repaired or replaced. It is now the 8th February, my daughter hasn't yet worn the jacket and Agnes B are refusing to respond to my enquiry. I really expected a much better customer service from such a well regarded brand.
