I have bought 3 items online. I wanted to return one item. In the return page of Agnes B website not instructions is given of returning goods. I call customer service uk (twice) and the operation did not know anything about the subject and didn’t have any “can do attitude “ that could have helped the matter in question. With great patience I succeeded to organised a DHL pick up day, unfortunately DHL never came. In the end I am left with my unwanted item with not willingness to face an other long customer service conversation with untrained individual. I will never purchase again from this company, online or in their shop.
