Yes, an absolutely appalling online service. Seems to come out of Paris and they couldn't care less.
I sent an item back 27 days ago, needed to pester them for a refund, Paypal can't get hold of them either. Then I only get a refund for 2 of the 3 items, they've lost one!
So upset about this, I've been shopping in their London store since the late 80's but this is enough, price rises are one thing, but flipping the finger to the customer is another.
