Avoid this travel company. They did not uphold any credit notes that were issued during the pandemic and expected us to book a holiday with them during this. Failed to advise the credit note only lasted for 6 months too.
Customer care very poor, replies are short and unhelpful, not willing to asssit at all. Will never use them again.
