Dirty bed sheets, stained chair, stained curtains, mismatched and fraying pool chairs. Landlord rude which wrong facts. Worst Agni experience after years of using them. Can't recommend them anymore. Even worse they are using outdated photos on the site falsely showing views that are no longer there with a new villa literally next door which will be sharing the drive. No response from Agni in over 10 days despite promises

Dreadful customer service. Quick to take your money, lie to you then refuse to move the booking

Saw all the other reviews after we returned from our holiday. I booked through Holiday lettings and they used Agni travel as their agent. Booking was all smooth, communication was great. Kept in touch whilst we were away and the one small problem I had, they replied to within 2 hours. All the really bad reviews seem to be during covid - small businesses were effected terribly and they probably couldn’t afford to continually give refunds else they would go bust. I had no problems.

This is a good joke by agni travel, I appreciated it. Accommodation costs 30 euros per day, and check-in two hours earlier costs 50 euros.I asked to check in two hours earlier, to which I was told to book, we will help you with early check-in, but after booking everything changed. I have deleted good reviews on airbnb for my other bookings with you. And I'll try to make a surprise for you through airbnb.

Booked a villa holiday through VRBO. Now I always filter premier hosts on either Airbnb or Vrbo and pretty much read through reviews before committing The villa we chose had 15 reviews all 5 out of 5 what can go wrong with reviews like that 2 weeks before we was due to arrive I see a review on a TripAdvisor that gave me massive concerns. The review had stated that a villa opposite was having major renovations and that had experienced drilling cement mixers and deliveries constantly. We have a Autistic person within our party who can’t deal with noise I contacted Agni travel and got a response the following day They had contacted the owner who confirmed there was some work going on across from the villa but this won’t impact the holiday. On arrival there was a mix up by myself due to poor instructions and signage and we got in the wrong villa as there is three in a row all identical When we did get into the correct villa (sun beach villa thio)we was certainly very underwhelmed by the villa but it was a lot better than the first one(sun beach villa) but was dark outside by then so couldn’t see that much externally that surprise was to come We had pretty much made our mind up that we must just make the most of it as we had family also staying in polis 7am we are all awoken by loud voices, cement mixers and drilling with smashing sounds. After trying in vain to calm step son down we had to take him to family down the road.what we saw when leaving was a full crane over a shell of a villa with various workers stripping all the tiles from the roof and throwing into Giant rubble bags We certainly couldn’t put up with this for 14 days so began to look at alternates We contacted VRBO who in fairness did listen and apologise but said we needed to go to Agni travel firstly After various emails asking them to ring me etc and attempted phone calls I got a standard response of sorry blah blah blah The owner turned up and I pointed out various issues to the villa but the main issue was the noise.she did offer to speak to the builders to get them to start later. She confirmed Agni did contact her about the noise and she asked a previous guest who said to her yes there was noise but it didn’t affect them Now they might be tone deaf or not bothered by the noise but doesn’t mean it won’t affect us Unfortunately when you have have Autism it doesn’t make any difference if the noise starts at 7am or 11am the damage is done and takes considerable time to reset the person after each excessive noise I had asked for a REFUND or a ALTERNATE villa at this point The response came back that they was fully booked and had nothing Well 2 weeks before arrival they had at least 8 villas still available when we raised our concerns as I looked and VRBO who I booked with had loads available We had now made the decision that we needed to try to salvage something from the holiday so booked another apartment within the area as I could see we was getting no where The standard email responses continued weasel they even reading them I at this point just wanted to try to enjoy the time finally away and said just make me a offer for something back that we could at least put towards our new apartment and we can draw a line under it They also kept ignoring that I had raised my concerns to this issue 2 weeks prior to coming If I knew the extent of the works opposite I would have had a decision to make before trying to get someone who struggles flying to Cyprus The response just baffled me In a nutshell they now was saying they was completely unaware of the building works that was on going When I pointed out that I had contacted them and had a response from them They basically said they would only let a customer know about building works if it was next door and building works they can’t be held responsible for as per there T&C In a nutshell I have looked at loads of AGNI villas on VRBO over the last few days and nearly all have 5 star reviews I have looked at 2 villas that have ALL 5 star reviews I think the pictures say it all VRBO Complaint incoming

ALWAYS USE CREDIT CARD TO BOOK I have noticed after looking at the very big page of terms and conditions on the Agni Travel Web page they have added yet another new section, yet again. These crooks really know how to move the goalposts According to their T&C's there is now a section making it very difficult for you to use chargeback on your credit card, in the now very common situation where they refuse to give you a refund. It seems this might but not 100% sure, be the reason they are no longer ABTA members No longer FEEFO members No longer ABTA members Nobody likes you Agni, I wonder why :-) Anyone who doesn't take notice of the many many true Agni travel reviews which are negative, then I urge you to read their terms and conditions VERY VERY CAREFULLY they are there to cover Agni travel and make it easy for them to rip you off, in particular the clause which pretty much prevents you from using credit card chargeback. Remember though you can still use Section 75 on your credit card, which is a legal process, but make sure whatever you do to make a copy of their online terms and conditions and save it, before they keep changing it after you have booked, to use as evidence later, and make screen shots and copies of EVERY communication you have with them. You WILL need this if your holiday gets cancelled, or government stop travel, in order to claim section 75 on your credit card when Agni Travel refuse to give refund.

Posting this as a helpful general WARNING to anyone considering a holiday booked through AGNI Travel There seems to be a weird trend of so called positive reviews which are appearing on Trustpilot at the moment. Just take a look at them and you will see they all seem to be written in the same style, suspicious dont you think. Even more suspicious is whenever I try to post a negative review on Trustpilot, it is removed minute's later, even though I could verify my review and provide the booking reference. My reviews are based on my experience after booking with Agni travel last year, I paid the full payment £3,000 and couldn't travel due to Covid AGNI cancelled the holiday without my consent, then had the nerve to advertise the villa I had booked for the dates I had booked. IMPORTANT So anyone thinking of booking a holiday with these Sharks, PLEASE HEED MY ADVICE, but if you do want to take a chance and book with these scammers, here is my advice. 1) BOOK WITH A CREDIT CARD For section 75 cover. 2) Get Agni to confirm IN WRITING what they are prepared to do of you have to cancel due to Covid 3) Print off their terms and conditions on there website and read them(They really do cover their arses) BIG TIME!! They have a habit of changing their T&C's After you have booked, so make a note of the time and date you printed them off. 4) I did all of the above which worked in my favour, resulting in a successful claim to recover all of the money I paid, my credit card company told me AGNI did not have a leg to stand on their legal team said Agni were using terms and condition which didn't make legal sense. Finally I would strongly advise against booking with them, be very very careful if you do. Be wary of reviews on Trustpilot, I don't believe them. Good luck with whatever you do.

it started in September 2019, when i booked the river view villa in Cyprus for August 2020, paid a 400 Euro deposit. Due to covid-19 issues we couldn't travel at the time, and in June 2020 i had requested to postpone it to the following year, but because the same villa wasn't available at our dates we had to change the villa and paid a second deposit of 210 Euro (+400 from the previous villa booking =610 in total) on March 2021. Unfortunately again due to covid-19 we had to change the dates and this time Agni Travel didn't agree to change the dates again, wrote me they can't change the dates more than once per booking, although we booked and paid 2 separate deposits. so bottom line please beware with this agency!!!!

Same as all the other complaints below. They lied and have cheated us out of a total 1500 euros. We are pensioners- and not wealthy ones, just state pension They are not ABTA members. I intend to take this further and suggest everyone complains to ABTA that they are using them to cover up. 😡

THIEVING SCUMBAGS WHO DON'T GIVE A S**T ABOUT ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES. STOLE £700 FROM ME AS MADE ME PAY A DEPOSIT TWICE, STATING THAT THE 2ND DEPOSIT WOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM THE FINAL BALANCE OF THE HOLIDAY. THE HOLIDAY DIDN'T HAPPEN DUE TO A GLOBAL PANDEMIC!! YET THEY KEPT MY MONEY - BOTH LOTS! THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION, NO EMPATHY AND ARE CLEARLY MONEY GRABBING BASTARDS WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

********NOT ABTA MEMBERS****** Just as a warning to future victims of this Scam Company Go to the ABTA site and type in Agni Travel, you will quickly discover Agni Travel is NOT listed!! Now go to the Agni Website, you will see as of today 28th August 2021 they advertise in big letters they are ABTA members!!!! This just goes to show what scammers they are. AGNI have ripped off many holiday makers So Nathan Pascoe ...nobody wants you anymore...Feefo, now ABTA Guess they don't like dealing with 5H1T

We booked a villa in Greece, couldn't travel due to Coronavirus restrictions. I'd checked before I paid the balance and was told if we couldn't travel due to Coronavirus restrictions I would be refunded. Greece was on the Amber list, Agni wouldn't allow us to defer to next year and took all our money knowing we couldn't travel. I had booked 4 other holidays with other agents and had no problem at all deferring. Don't touch Agni travel. Apparently they are no longer ABTA registered either

Don't use this company. We booked a villa with them in 2020 and due to Covid we got a voucher which we had to use within 6 months. We rebooked but there is still travel restrictions from Ireland. We asked them to move our holiday but they refused. They had the villa back up for use without us even cancelling the holiday. Will never use them again .

Used the same villa through them for 8years.last year they issued a voucher as travel cancelled due to COVID Rebooked for June 2021 with voucher, paid more money as cost increased.I had numerous problems this year ,most of our party of 8 couldn’t go due to quarantine rules ,then flights were cancelled.Agni informed me “This is not our problem,if you don’t go that’s your choice.”They kindly told me of several outbound flights, multiple stops involved and up to 18hrs flights, but no useful return flights!I then found they had re advertised our villa although I hadn’t cancelled. They have held €2,373 of mine for over 18months ,refuse to try and help in any way,no refund or voucher nothing They are using ABTA and COVID to rip people off.Avoid them all costs and don’t believe their own good reviews

Disgusting thieving scum bags stole our money !!! Originally booked a holiday in 2018 for May 2019. They made my life a misery not replying to messages when it was clear flying was out of the question during the first wave and when they did reply it was short abrupt, rude and unhelpful. We then rebooked for May 2021 and told them that our flights were continuously being cancelled and country was on the amber list and they said not our problem we are open and suggested we get a private jet!! Scum!!
