If I could give them 0 stars I would. They cancelled our villa after our flights were cancelled to Menorca. Refused to offer alternative dates or voucher.
Complained to ABTA and awaiting response.
Customer service is appalling. Money grabbers cashing in on pandemic. Read reviews on Trust pilot. In fact they changed their website domain due to the amount of negative reviews so it looks like they done have many. DO NOT USE
