Big everywhere and have had hazzel with them a couple of times. They have always refunded me even when the error wasn't entirely on their side.
Don't load them on a weak device or bad connection, it's when you get interrupted by such things glitches can happen.
I use them regularly, even if I'm sitting outside the hotel in question.
