AGODA -MISLEADING, SCAM HOTEL BOOKING WEBSITE Given a 1 star review because there is no option to give -10 !!!! I booked an apartment in Tirana, Agoda advertised it with balcony, indoor pool, sauna, haman, free breakfast, smoking room. When we got there, no balcony, €15 each to use the pool/sauna/haman, no breakfast included/ available, no smoking rooms in the property. I contacted Agoda via email to complain, they replied by sending a standard response which didn't addresses any of the issues mentioned above. Decided to call them, after nearly 1 hr on the phone explaining these concerns over and over again -customer service agents' performance is useless, poor and not professional; only thing they quote is how sorry they are for the inconvenience experienced. Anyway, to cut the story short, I was promised that my complaint was passed on onto the relevant team and I'd have a resolution within 48 hrs max. NO contact whatsoever so I decided to call them again to follow up on this. Another hour on the phone, could not even understand the customer service agent -even thou I requested English at the start of the call. He could not even find any notes about my previous complain so I had to repeat myself again. At this point I dont have any expectations from them but rest assured I'll follow this up until I get a favourable resolution. I am tired of these travel/ hotel booking agencies misleading and profiting from misleading and lying to their customers. My advice, DO NOT BOOK any hotels from AGODA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
