first time i booked a hotel with agoda, they had no idea about it, when i got there. second time, the agoda app booked a stay for one month in advance. the first time i was able to make arangements at the hotel's reception and the second time i was not. the hotel said that they would be glad to change the dates or cancel the booking with a full refund, but that i had to do it through agoda. agoda app and agoda support made that impossible. i lost all of the payment. support said that they contacted the hotel and that my issue would be resolved, but some days later my support ticket was closed and nothing has been done.
