I had 2 bookings under my name when I check in to Centre Point Pratunam Hotel. When I check in, the receptionist say that it will be difficult for them to receive payment from AGODA if 2 bookings of same name. So on the spot asked me to send email to Agoda to amend one of the booking to my friend’s name. Very troublesome. Wasted a lot of time when checking in.
