I have pretty good experience with you folks except for when traveling to Malaysia, I notice there is plenty private affiliated booking agents acting as Agoda and when the booking was made to Agoda these private parties try to take me to different locations or different Hotels. Other bad experience is that I cumulated approximately $480.00 as gift credit and some reason it got wipe out and I never bother complain to you guys (Agoda). Other than that you guys are pretty good and up and up.
