I have been chased for a subscription that I did not sign up for,I merely made an enquiry and am now being charged admin fees and late payments.
This is very shady practice and I will be contacting trading standards along with the many others.
You answer reviews with offers to resolve issues etc but this is just a ploy,you have never contacted me.
I will also be posting on twitter if these charges are not cancelled.
