I have tried to contact ALEKO products for about a week. By phone and their help page. I purchased an electric powered awning, everything is fine except the control switch fell apart 3 times. I now have it taped together so I can use the awning but no response from ALEKO products. Their product seems good but their coustomer care dept needs to be upgraded.
