The delivery was a real let down. I ordered a pergola and It came on two separate days because it was sent to the incorrect location first. The timings for delivery were too vague and I could not track the item
I was given a slot but only half of the order finally arrived, when the other part of the £1,040 order arrived it was just left on the doorstep.
On calling customer service they were totally disinterested
