“We bought a 3m wide gothic gazebo, it arrived when expected, all parts were supplied (they were quick responding when I had a query) the instructions were good and the structure is absolutely beautiful. Thoroughly delighted and would recommend.”

“Really happy with my round arch and lattice trellis from Agriframes. They were easy to put up, feel strong and well built, and they’ve added a lovely feature to the garden. The sweet peas are already starting to wind their way up the trellis. Fast delivery and friendly customer service, they were very helpful when I had a quick question.”

“The delivery was a real let down. I ordered a pergola and It came on two separate days because it was sent to the incorrect location first. The timings for delivery were too vague and I could not track the item I was given a slot but only half of the order finally arrived, when the other part of the £1,040 order arrived it was just left on the doorstep. On calling customer service they were totally disinterested”

Thank your feedback regarding your order, we are sorry that delivery issues have let down your experience when ordering from us. We can see that the order was despatched promptly on July 9th for delivery on July 10th, however, one of the parcels was unfortunately misrouted to the wrong depot. While part of your order was delivered as planned on the 10th, a delay in rerouting meant the missing parcel was not delivered until July 14th. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially due to the lack of available tracking. As we use a third party courier, we can be limited on the actions we can take once an order has left us, however, we would absolutely expect our customer service team to do everything possible to assist and keep you informed. I am sorry that this is not the service you received, your experience is not the service we aim to provide and we will follow up with this internally. I am pleased that all items have now been delivered and despite the issues with delivery, I do hope you are happy with the product now that you have it.

“I have no complaints at all. I ordered an extra large elegance obelisk which arrived within 3 working days. It was complete so no having to put it together, the quality is just as it appeared on their website . As it cost over £50 I joined their rewards scheme and got free delivery. I had a bit of a problem with the technical side of ordering and sent an email to Agriframes which received a friendly and prompt reply. I would certainly use them again.”

“Bought shrub rose support back in November but only just unpacked it. Sadly finial was missing but a replacement was sent with no quibbling and I am delighted with product and service.”

“We bought 2 of the extra large classic obelisks. They arrived in somewhat battered boxes and most of the rings were chipped in places on the edges. I was given the option of returning the whole items to be replaced or accepting a discount and a pot of touch up paint. I went for the latter, as I didn’t want the bother of re-packaging the products and awaiting their replacements with the possibility of them being damaged as well. It turned out that the paint was out of stock, so I bought some Hammerite locally because we wanted to get on with putting the obelisks in the garden. Fortunately the touch up paint arrived in the post soon afterwards. Assembling them was not very easy as you can damage the screws when screwing them in as it requires a lot of effort. It should be said in the instructions that a No 1 Phillips screwdriver is best. Nevertheless, my wife and I are delighted with the result and the obelisks have lifted the look of the garden impressively.”

“Having purchased an economy fruit cage, it was promptly delivered but the components were incomplete and the assembly instructions woefully lacking. After a number of telephone calls and emails, it was agreed that fruit cage would be returned and a replaced with a discounted superior version. Some time later, this arrived beautifully packed and protected but on opening, similar woefully inadequate assembly instructions were discovered. They failed to permit simple construction and generated considerable frustration, delay and tension. Voicing my repeated concerns and requests for advice to the customer service team was met with friendly and caring responses but no meaningful resolutions as it was clearly evident that the requisite and detailed knowledge of fruit cage assembly to readily provide customer assistance did not exist. At times it was akin to the blind leading the blind. A follow up letter to the MD with suggested amendments to the assembly instructions, copied to the customer services team was not even acknowledged. This has not been a good or even satisfactory experience and one that I will not be repeating with Agriframes' products.”

“Absolutely dreadful product - poor quality and damaged - contacted them and been advised that I need to pay return costs -appalling - I should have read other reviews before I purchased anything. I would urge potential customers to buy elsewhere.”

“Gazebo just arrived but looks extremely flimsy. Bought to replace one twice as strong as this that didn’t last 10 years so I’m not going to waste time and effort putting this together to have to have a fight in 5 years time, it’s going back. I thought Agriframes were a reputable company. What happened ?”

“Email from Agriframes to say my order would be delivered between 0800 to 1800 on the 30 October. Waited in all day ,no delivery..sent two emails but address does not respond .Will ring them tomorrow .Having read these reviews I won’t hold my breath was going to order other items No chance.”

“The order was delivered on time and all the components were complete. However the instructions on how to erect our fruit cage were appalling. We had to contact Agriframes for some advice and questions mainly about the door. The young lady on the phone wanted to send us another door kit which we felt was unnecessary, she also said she would get someone to get back to us as she was unable to answer our questions and she was on the help desk. As we are retired in our life span we have assembled many things and the instructions for this fruit cage are the worst we have ever come across. We have assembled the cage by trial and error and fingers crossed it will survive but no thanks to Ariframes. .”

“God, I wish I had read these reviews before I bought the 'Round Gazebo'. Firstly after saying the item was in stock it wasnt so had to wait a few weeks which wasnt the end of the world but had planned to do this and the planting the following weekend which we then had to put on hold. When it was eventually delivered there were 5 of the 6 packages delivered and almost everyone had a different product name on so we weren't actually sure what we had recieved - we then got daily emails for 3 days saying our last package would be delivered that day eventually on the 3rd day it arrived after the customer services department said they have no control over the order once it has been despatched - great !!!! Then the fun begins......... we are very proficient at flat pack items as we do this for a living but we have never come across such a shambles...... none of the instructions made any sense and those that did just didnt work, it was impossible to get to alot of the fixings and most of the fixings broke when you screwed them in, eventually we just built it to the best of our ability and hope it stays together. Like other reviewers we ended up having to drill holes and provide our own fixings. For the money we spent on this item it is absolutely appalling with what you are expected to do - I am going to attempt to take this further but don't hold out much hope.”

“Absolute rubbish. Do not use. Product ordered was not as described in their catalogue and customer service spend their time trying to fob you off. Matter now referred to Trading Standards and Advertising Standards Authority.”
