“Prompt delivery on a day when I wasn't at home - but the delivery driver was very helpful in leaving the boxes out of sight. The products themselves - zinc planters - are just what we wanted and of high quality. We're very happy.”

“I ordered a large classic square obelisk. It arrived within a few days, well packaged and in a safe location. My gardener assembled the obelisk. Fortunately I had the correct screw driver It states that it can be done by one person. It definitely needed two people at certain stages. Very satisfied with the finished article”

“Really happy with my round arch and lattice trellis from Agriframes. They were easy to put up, feel strong and well built, and they’ve added a lovely feature to the garden. The sweet peas are already starting to wind their way up the trellis. Fast delivery and friendly customer service, they were very helpful when I had a quick question.”

“The delivery was a real let down. I ordered a pergola and It came on two separate days because it was sent to the incorrect location first. The timings for delivery were too vague and I could not track the item I was given a slot but only half of the order finally arrived, when the other part of the £1,040 order arrived it was just left on the doorstep. On calling customer service they were totally disinterested”

Thank your feedback regarding your order, we are sorry that delivery issues have let down your experience when ordering from us. We can see that the order was despatched promptly on July 9th for delivery on July 10th, however, one of the parcels was unfortunately misrouted to the wrong depot. While part of your order was delivered as planned on the 10th, a delay in rerouting meant the missing parcel was not delivered until July 14th. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially due to the lack of available tracking. As we use a third party courier, we can be limited on the actions we can take once an order has left us, however, we would absolutely expect our customer service team to do everything possible to assist and keep you informed. I am sorry that this is not the service you received, your experience is not the service we aim to provide and we will follow up with this internally. I am pleased that all items have now been delivered and despite the issues with delivery, I do hope you are happy with the product now that you have it.

“I have no complaints at all. I ordered an extra large elegance obelisk which arrived within 3 working days. It was complete so no having to put it together, the quality is just as it appeared on their website . As it cost over £50 I joined their rewards scheme and got free delivery. I had a bit of a problem with the technical side of ordering and sent an email to Agriframes which received a friendly and prompt reply. I would certainly use them again.”

“Bought shrub rose support back in November but only just unpacked it. Sadly finial was missing but a replacement was sent with no quibbling and I am delighted with product and service.”

“We bought 2 of the extra large classic obelisks. They arrived in somewhat battered boxes and most of the rings were chipped in places on the edges. I was given the option of returning the whole items to be replaced or accepting a discount and a pot of touch up paint. I went for the latter, as I didn’t want the bother of re-packaging the products and awaiting their replacements with the possibility of them being damaged as well. It turned out that the paint was out of stock, so I bought some Hammerite locally because we wanted to get on with putting the obelisks in the garden. Fortunately the touch up paint arrived in the post soon afterwards. Assembling them was not very easy as you can damage the screws when screwing them in as it requires a lot of effort. It should be said in the instructions that a No 1 Phillips screwdriver is best. Nevertheless, my wife and I are delighted with the result and the obelisks have lifted the look of the garden impressively.”
