Further to my review below, I was pleased when the MD of the company made contact personally today, although it did take a week. He offered to replace the damaged tins of mango but I declined as I don’t think the tins are structurally damaged. Apparently the small item I thought I had ordered didn’t make it onto the order, although I was sure it had been added to the basket, so that was my mistake. Original review Products arrived quickly but there was a small item missing and the 2 tins of mango puree I received were both very badly dented. Hopefully the integrity of the cans has not beein compromised but I would definitely not buy again if this is the standard of the product shipped - the damage couldn’t have occurred during transit as the box was undamaged so they must have been shipped in this condition. I reported the missing item immediately but apart from an automated response to my message have yet to receive any resolution.
