Disappointed. The delivery was not packed properly and lots of items missing. You seem to have substituted other items in place.
In addiiton, you website did not respond on placing an order and I hit the order button twice. I did ask one to to be cancelled and confirmed on whatsapp but no response from your team

“Ordered 2 boxes of Mangoes and majority of the Mangoes were damaged and black. No reply from customer services. Box stated that no refunds as Mangoes are checked when packing. So the checking process is very poor.
Apart from that everything else was fine and good quality.”
