“I ordered horse gram flour and morninga chapatti flour. Horse gram flour packet was fully opened on the bottom and cellotaped when arrived and mornings chapatti flour packet also was damaged with flour dropping in the box.
I wrote to Aha stating since these are food product packets damaged and could be contaminated so either refund or send me a new packet and I can return this if they pay postage.
Their automated reply said some one will contact within 24 hours. It’s 5 days and no one has contacted me by phone or email about the query I raised!”
