It was mentioned in the bill that difference amount will be refunded. Its been more than 15 days neither i got the refund nor i got response in chat or email. Worst customer support. “I was very disappointed with my recent order. Four of the little millet boxes arrived with the labels on the back ripped off, meaning I couldn't see the best before dates or batch information. I also found that a further 10 boxes were due to expire in around five weeks.
I contacted customer service on WhatsApp with photos and a video as evidence. They initially replied saying they would check with the operations team, then asked me to phone them. I explained that I preferred to keep communication on WhatsApp, but after that they stopped responding altogether. I followed up a few days later and still received no reply.
The lack of communication and unwillingness to resolve the issue has been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I wouldn't order from them again and I don't recommend them.”
