“Very much disappointed with Ahabaaar customer service. I have placed order for Turkeyberry for 200g on 19th Aug but received less quantity. Flower was not fresh. It was mentioned in the bill that difference amount will be refunded. Its been more than 15 days neither i got the refund nor i got response in chat or email. Worst customer support. I would never recommend Aha Bazzar to anyone.”
“I was very disappointed with my recent order. Four of the little millet boxes arrived with the labels on the back ripped off, meaning I couldn't see the best before dates or batch information. I also found that a further 10 boxes were due to expire in around five weeks.
I contacted customer service on WhatsApp with photos and a video as evidence. They initially replied saying they would check with the operations team, then asked me to phone them. I explained that I preferred to keep communication on WhatsApp, but after that they stopped responding altogether. I followed up a few days later and still received no reply.
The lack of communication and unwillingness to resolve the issue has been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I wouldn't order from them again and I don't recommend them.”

“I ordered horse gram flour and morninga chapatti flour. Horse gram flour packet was fully opened on the bottom and cellotaped when arrived and mornings chapatti flour packet also was damaged with flour dropping in the box.
I wrote to Aha stating since these are food product packets damaged and could be contaminated so either refund or send me a new packet and I can return this if they pay postage.
Their automated reply said some one will contact within 24 hours. It’s 5 days and no one has contacted me by phone or email about the query I raised!”

“I am sorry to state that just one bottle of oil and some deities clothes plus sweet Jangiri has cost me more than £50. I ordered 2 - 1 litres of oil but only one was delivered, the flowers were not delivered, the deities clothes - the blue skirts were not delivered and the yellow panchkarna only one was delivered. the total cost of all these items is less than 28 pounds so i would not be purchasing from you again. i have sent a message through what'sapp and also an email but you have not acknowledged it.”
“I placed the order for cold pressed ground nut oil with minimum 1 year validity. I clearly added the note while placing the order. Aha Bazar happily ignored the note and send oil with expiry date of Feb 2026. As I placed the bulk order I won’t be able to use all the bottles by the expiry date. I need to throw away few bottles of oil. I emailed Aha Bazar as soon as I received the order around 10 days back but no reply as of now. Won’t recommend using Aha Bazar”

I had to throw away everything and there is no way to request refunds of such products, please contact me and offer refund for the sweets

came to our DHL only saturday morning
called them up said they will deliver next working day which would be monday.
now have mangoes all spoilt and damaged due to delay in delivery by Aha team.

I have orders several times for the past 7 -8 years via online atkeast 3-4 times a year from london to our area and never had such bad mangoes or poor delivery service
there has been poor uodate of lack of stock online while ordering
there has been poor communication in calling us or DHL service to deliver by date .

“Two of my items being split and contents had poured out. One was mustard seeds packet which was punctured and the seeds were all over the box and the other was pepper vadam. I presume this is due to very poor handling of the items whilst packaging them for delivery or not checking if the items were in good condition (and not split or have holes in them).”
“Kaju Katli just didn’t hit the mark for us. It wasn’t sweet at all, and my daughter wouldn’t even touch it, despite the buy-one-get-one offer. The other items we got were great, though! We spent 45 pounds just for the Kaju Katli, but it was a letdown. I’ll definitely look for a different brand next time I shop online with you.”
“Don’t waste your time or money to order online. I think they were taking the actual urine…. Paid and ordered desi carrots. What did I receive - British carrots that I could’ve bought for 76p at the local Morrisons I in fact paid over £15 for the pleasure. It’s not about the money but the principle. They advertise desi carrots but send something different in my book that’s fraud.”

2) BC Kaju Katli 150g (x2)
3) Dezire Sugar Free Chandrakala 200g
All the 3 were in bad condition. Kaju Katli and Mysurpaa both tasted funny, and Chandrakala was in such a bad condition it looked stale and had a very bad smell.
Really disappointed with the products. This was my first time ordering from AHA Bazar but definitly the last time after such a horrible experience.
