“Good package and quality of vegetables other than green mango which was quite squidgy
Very poor customer service and communication. One of the products was not included in the delivery. Tried contacting but no reply”
“Products have been good mostly. Although, I received an opened and stapled pack of an item in my last order. Sent a complaint through but got no response. A bit skeptical to return now.”
“Ordered 2 boxes of Mangoes and majority of the Mangoes were damaged and black. No reply from customer services. Box stated that no refunds as Mangoes are checked when packing. So the checking process is very poor.
Apart from that everything else was fine and good quality.”

“Further to my review below, I was pleased when the MD of the company made contact personally today, although it did take a week. He offered to replace the damaged tins of mango but I declined as I don’t think the tins are structurally damaged. Apparently the small item I thought I had ordered didn’t make it onto the order, although I was sure it had been added to the basket, so that was my mistake.

Products arrived quickly but there was a small item missing and the 2 tins of mango puree I received were both very badly dented. Hopefully the integrity of the cans has not beein compromised but I would definitely not buy again if this is the standard of the product shipped - the damage couldn’t have occurred during transit as the box was undamaged so they must have been shipped in this condition. I reported the missing item immediately but apart from an automated response to my message have yet to receive any resolution.”
“Everything except the kamdhenu cow was fine. A couple of screws were missing. The screws weren’t loose and fell in the box. It was simply not there. The packet would have known and seen it but still sent it instead of sending a functional product.”
“Bought a dry fruit serving round box with oxidised effect Not as expected , looks nice and all but material used is quite low quality , u have to handle it with care, what I thought was “metal” turned out to be a think foil type material with design!
The customer services , packaging , delivery everything was top notch though”
“The item arrived I ordered Lakshmi kubra Deepak , it’s much much smaller than I expected but quality is not that good for the price could have been better and packaging was not good the coins on the side of the lamp got bent when it arrived .
Hope in future care is taken for packaging.”
