“Even though the ordering process and delivery was all in time. The quality of the products were very average closer to poor. Some of them could not be kept for more than a day or two. Some of the items couldn't be eaten even on the same day. I think they should change the vendor especially for Indian snacks and sweets”

“The quality is good and in particular, the fresh from India option is very welcome. Low score because: no prior information is provided on date of delivery. That is inconvenient. For example I ordered on 15/1. The first time I had any communication on delivery was on 26/1 saying goods had been despatched. That creates a lot of uncertainty. Most other on-line deliveries I have a better idea of delivery date.
It would also be good if choice of fresh from India could be extended.”
