“Everything except the kamdhenu cow was fine. A couple of screws were missing. The screws weren’t loose and fell in the box. It was simply not there. The packet would have known and seen it but still sent it instead of sending a functional product.”

Now this would be my go to shopping mart for my day-to-day groceries. I would like to see more north indian products, especially the stuffed chilli pickles, parathas, etc.

“Two of my items being split and contents had poured out. One was mustard seeds packet which was punctured and the seeds were all over the box and the other was pepper vadam. I presume this is due to very poor handling of the items whilst packaging them for delivery or not checking if the items were in good condition (and not split or have holes in them).”
