I ordered the brass coffee filter, which did have one part missing and of poor quality, I raised my concerns with customer service, and I am so happy with how they handle my concerns, I have received a replacement coffee filter which is beautiful, and I am enjoying my filter coffee as I write this. Their customer service is amazing, and kept in touch with me until I received the replacement product. Highly recommend, customer service and happy customers are clearly at the heart of Aha bazaar. Thank you for the amazing service. A true gem.
