I ordered 3 items, the main item was Akanda dheepam oil, I did not even open it, the seal is intact but content which is puja oil looks gross with stuff floating around. I immediately notified the customer support (enquiries) informed them of the issue, uploaded a screenshot. They responded the next day to inform me that they will be in touch within 24 hours. I thought the company sounds professional. 24 hours passed and no response or return instructions. I have sent another email, still nothing. If they don’t respond by Monday, I will file a complaint with consumer rights and protection.
