Directions to the hotel were vague so we had difficulty finding it. When we did arrive at the hotel at 23.00hrs, they had no record of our booking as the details had not been submitted from airhotels. Due to the time we were unable to contact airhotels. Fortunately the hotel night manager was very helpful and after sometime was able to book us in without us having to pay again. This was very inconvenient as we had an early start. The night manager then had to pass on this information to the day staff who then contacted air hotels to rectify the error.
