Hard going initially with supporting docs and unnecessary query, then closed claim but eventually did pursue it after further explanation from me.
Successful which is very pleasing. 50% fee less so.
It is highly probable all claims will go to law and result in max 50% fee as airlines most unlikely to respond in a short time period.
So the quoted low initial fee in practice never happens?
