Non c'è alcun "inganno".
La procedura è delineata e semplificata.
Bisogna firmare un accordo in cui stabilisci che tratterranno una commissione dal denaro che recuperano per te ed è giusto perchè fanno tutto il lavoro al posto tuo.
Nel mio caso il processo di richiesta di risarcimento per due voli cancellati . Inoltre, non ho dovuto fare i conti con l'inconpetenza del personale delle compagnie aeree Easyjet.
Sono molto soddisfatto della velocità e della semplicità dell'intero processo.
